This document describes our privacy policy for website usage. It doesn’t describe your privacy rights under HIPAA.
Other than usual website access logging, we don’t record any information about you.
If you subscribe to the email list, we’ll record your name and email address in a database that only we can access. We won’t ever share or sell your email address to anyone else.
If you wish to unsubscribe from the email list, click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email messages you receive from us. You can also use the unsubscribe button on the home page to unsubscribe.
